KireKids is an imprint of KalmGlobal Press. We take privacy seriously — especially because our work serves children, families, and educators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
We collect information only when you provide it voluntarily:
Email address — when you sign up for the KireKids newsletter, download a free guide, or take the Pathway Finder quiz and choose to receive results by email.
Name, school or organisation, and role — when you submit an inquiry through the Schools & Libraries contact form.
Interest preferences — when you indicate which KireKids pathway or resource you are interested in.
We do not collect information from children. Our signup forms are designed for parents, caregivers, and educators — the adults in a young reader's life.
We use the information you provide to:
Send you the resource you requested (guide, toolkit, or pathway recommendation).
Send occasional updates about new KireKids books, free tools, and educator resources — only if you have opted in.
Respond to school, library, or programme inquiries.
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Our email communications are managed through MailerLite, which processes and stores subscriber data on our behalf. MailerLite complies with GDPR and maintains its own privacy policy.
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can leave the list at any time with one click. If you unsubscribe, your information will be removed from our active mailing list.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect basic analytics data (page views, country of origin) to support site performance and security. We do not use tracking cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party advertising tools.
MailerLite embedded forms may set cookies to support form functionality and prevent duplicate submissions.
KireKids publishes books for young readers aged 9–15, but this website is designed for the adults who support them — parents, caregivers, educators, librarians, and counsellors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at [email protected].
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will not materially change how we use your information without giving you notice.
